Lymphocytic colitis (LC) and LC incomplete (LCi) are common causes of chronic watery diarrhea. The diagnosis relies on clinical findings and histopathologic evaluation. The diagnostic criteria of LC are based on hematoxylin and eosin (HE) staining. H
