The COACH syndrome is a very rare disorder with cerebellar vermis hypoplasia, oligophrenia, ataxia, coloboma, and hepatic fibrosis. Nineteen cases with COACH diagnosis have been reported. Neurologic abnormalities are the first symptoms in most cases.
