The essential oils obtained from plants belonging to various Myrtaceae genera (Eucalyptus, Corymbia, Melaleuca, Syzygium, and Eugenia) were analyzed non-destructively by applying Attenuated Total Reflection Infrared (ATR-IR) vibrational spectroscopy.
