The unidentified infrared (UIR) bands, whose carriers are thought to be organics, have been widely observed in various astrophysical environments. However, our knowledge of the detailed chemical composition and formation process of the carriers is st

We have succeeded in synthesizing organics, ‘Quenched Nitrogen-included Carbonaceous Composite (QNCC)’, via plasma chemical vapor deposition (CVD) method, whose infrared spectral properties reproduce the characteristics of the unidentified infrar

The unidentified infrared (UIR) bands have been ubiquitously observed in various astrophysical environments and consist of a series of emission features arising from aromatic and/or aliphatic C-C and C-H bonds [1]. Therefore, their carriers are thoug

Broad infrared bands at 10 and 18 μm have often been observed around oxygen-rich evolved stars, and these are thought to arise from amorphous silicate dust grains. In order to study the formation mechanism of silicate dust grains, we have analyzed s

We investigate the spectroscopic alteration through thermal annealing on the quenched carbonaceous composite (QCC) produced from hydrocarbon plasma. The emission and absorption spectra of QCC samples annealed at various temperatures indicate that the

"Quenched Carbonaceous Composites (QCCs)" are carbonaceous interstellar dust analogues synthesized in the laboratory from a hydrocarbon plasma. We produced new types of carbonaceous condensates from the ejecta of plasma with mixtures of methane and h

In 1957,Bruk first reported that Orthostatic Disturbance (OD) resulted from circulatory anamolies induced by postural changes. He also reported associated symptoms in early adolescents and junior high school students such as anxiety, nervous disorder

A carbonaceous material formed from a hydrocarbon plasma called quenched carbonaceous composite (QCC) is shown to have functional groups that approximate the positions of the interstellar 217.5 nm absorption and the infrared emission features at 3.3

We have produced thin films of quenched carbonaceous composite (QCC) by hydrocarbon plasma deposition. The effect of thermal annealing on QCC has been investigated to understand how QCC, as a laboratory analog of carbon dust, is transformed in the wa
