Scorpions belonging to the genera Tityus C. L. Koch, 1836 (subgenus Atreus Gervais, 1843) and Broteochactas Pocock, 1893 (subgenus Taurepania GonzálezSponga, 1978) are studied and two new species are described: Tityus (Atreus) generaltheophiloi sp.
