Studies on the noise generation pattern under the long co mponent milling are resulted. It is shown that the noise abatement can be achieved through the choice of the longeron and support unit loss factors.

The checking stability calculation techniques for the guard support sections of the vibro - shock hardening stand is performed. The arched construction is accepted for the analytical model.

The theoretical study on the excitation of the equipment vibrations and noise emission under the dynamic testing of helicopter longerons is resulted. The dependences for determining vibration spectra in the operating space are obtained.
