We report about optimization of the effective perpendicular magnetic anisotropy (Keff) of [Pd(0.98nm)∕Co(tnm)]30 multilayers by applying an in-plane biaxial tensile stress by loading the Ta substrate with hydrogen. The stress induced anisotropy enh
