Sleep disorders are common in patients with neurogenerative diseases and manifest early in the disease process. Among a number of possible mechanisms underlying the sleep disturbances, there is evidence that dysfunction in the circadian system is a c

The circadian system coordinates rhythms of behavior, physiology and gene expression with the external cues of light and dark, and the dysfunction of this system leads to the development of disease. Huntington's disease patients experience circadian
