We demonstrate a dual-comb 80-MHz optical parametric oscillator from a single-cavity and a diode-pumped 250-MHz Yb:YAG dual-comb oscillator. Their combination can lead to a low-noise source in the mid-IR with high-power per comb line.

We present a new cavity multiplexing method to support a pair of noise-correlated, yet cavity length independent modes. 2.1-W of average power per 140-fs, 80-MHz pulse train are achieved with a low uncorrelated timing jitter.

We demonstrate long-distance dual-comb ranging with a free-running solid-state dual-comb laser. Our novel design of the LiDAR frontend allows tracking the motion of moving targets over a distance of >10 meters with sub-µm precision.

We present a directly diode-pumped SESAM modelocked Cr:ZnS oscillator delivering 189-fs pulses at 435-MHz repetition rate and 550-mW average power. Lowest integrated RIN of 0.05% for a Cr:ZnS(e) laser and low timing jitter are achieved.
