IgA nephropathy (IgAN) is a common cause of glomerulonephritis and end-stage renal disease. The recurrence of IgAN postrenal transplant is well documented. IgA recurrence posttransplant manifests as recurrent IgAN, de novo IgAN, and crescentic IgAN.
