Mutations in the chloride channel CFTR that impair plasma membrane insertion and ion transport are the cause of cystic fibrosis. Here, the authors identify a macrocycle that stabilizes the interaction of mutant CFTR with the chaperone-like protein 14

While there has been tremendous progress developing small molecule covalent K-Ras G12C inhibitors that bind Ras-off (GDP) and inhibit nucleotide exchange, there remains a need for additional K-Ras inhibitors with different Ras isoform/mutant selectiv

We have developed a strategy for synthesizing passively permeable peptidomimetic macrocycles. The cyclization chemistry centers on using aziridine aldehydes in a multicomponent reaction with peptides and isocyanides. The linker region in the resultin

A series of novel TIQ based N,N′-oxide ligands were synthesised and screened for their catalytic activity in the enantioselective conjugate addition of thioglycolate to chalcones. Bulky groups on the side chain of the TIQ backbone provided the high

A novel family of tetrahydroisoquinoline (TIQ) phosphine–oxazoline ligands and four corresponding iridium complexes have been developed and applied to the asymmetric hydrogenation of unfunctionalized olefins. The results showed that the best conver
