Acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) is one of the most common malignancies of childhood. Peripheral blood and bone marrow involvement is common. Extramedullary involvement of central nervous system, liver, spleen, skin and testicles are seen. ALL presenting as nephromegaly is exceedingly rare.
