In ZnFe2O4 irradiated by fast neutrons a superparamagnetic state (an ensemble of ferrimagnetic regions with equally probable distribution of cations over A- and B-sites in paramagnetic matrix) is achieved. The properties of superparamagnetic state al

Quenched NiFe monocrystals are studied in wide temperature and composition intervals by the method of elastic neutron scattering. Superstructural reflections, the wave-vector moduli of which are incommensurable with the basic vectors of the reciproca

The influence of fast neutron radiation on the transition temperature Tc, upper critical field Hc2, and structural peculiarities of Nb3Sn is investigated. For heavily irradiated samples (doses higher than 1 × 1019 cm−2) drastically reduced values

By X-ray and the neutron diffraction methods the structure of Ni0.25Zn0.75Fe2O4 single crystal is studied. For the first time it is revealed that below 125 K the ferrite possesses a new structural type. The wave-vector of the nonsymmetrical phase q =

The neutron and X-ray diffraction patterns of the disordered FeNi alloys before and after the martensite transformation are discussed. It is revealed that the orientation relations of f.c.c. (γ), b.c.c. (α) and h.c.p. (ϵ) phases at the martensite

The magnetic neutron scattering by monocrystals and polycrystals of structuraly distorted FecNi1−c invar alloys is studied. Antiferromagnetic superstructure reflections together with usual ferromagnetic order are found at 4.2 K in the 0.60 < c < 0.
