The low-lying positive- and negative-parity states in $^{168}\mathrm{Yb}$ have been investigated by means of the $(\ensuremath{\alpha},2\mathrm{n}\ensuremath{\gamma})$ fusion evaporation reaction. Using the coincidence method, the level scheme was co
