We present a new and elegant method of derivation of the gravitomagnetic clock effect using gravitational Lorentz force, which appears in gravitoelectromagnetism. The result is precisely the same as that of general relativity in the Kerr field.

We present an approximation to the solution of Dirac equation in Schwarzschild field found through the use of Foldy-Wouthuysen Hamiltonian. We solve the equation for the positive energy states and found the frequencies by which the states oscillate.
