Spleen cells from syngeneic tumor-bearing mice were examined for direct cell-mediated cytotoxicity (DCMC) and lectin-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity (LDCC). In the DCMC assay specific cytotoxicity against the homologous tumor cell was assessed.
