We report here the reprogramming of non-heme iron enzymes to catalyze an abiological C(sp(3))—H azidation reaction via iron-catalyzed radical relay. This biocatalytic transformation uses amidyl radicals as hydrogen atom abstractors and Fe(III)—N(
