Abstract Diffuse large B‐cell lymphoma (DLBCL) arising in the spleen, also known as primary splenic DLBCL (PS‐DLBCL), is a rare form of malignant lymphoma. It is defined as a lymphoma confined to the spleen or involving splenic hilar lymph nodes.
