OBJECTIVE To compare sacral nerve stimulation (SNS) with pudendal nerve stimulation (PNS) for interstitial cystitis (IC). PATIENTS AND METHODS Twenty-two patients with well-documented, refractory IC had a tined lead placed at S3 and a second electrod
