The crystal structures of two high-pressure phases of SiS2, HP1-SiS2 and HP2-SiS2, obtained from the ambient-pressure phase at 1473 K at 2.8 GPa and 3.5 GPa, resp., are determined by single crystal XRD, Raman spectroscopy, and DFT calculations.
