No sistema de colheita mecanizada da cana-de-açúcar, uma quantidade considerável de resíduos vegetais, denominados de palha ou palhada (folhas secas, bainhas, ponteiros e pedaços de colmo), é acumulada no solo. O acúmulo dessa palhada causa no
