Context. Arrays of radio antennas have proven to be successful in astroparticle physics with the observation of extensive air showers initiated by high-energy cosmic rays in the Earth's atmosphere. Accurate determination of the energy scale of the pr

Ultra-high-energy (UHE) neutrinos ($>10^{16}$ eV) can be measured cost-effectively using in-ice radio detection, which has been explored successfully in pilot arrays. A large radio detector is currently being constructed in Greenland with the potenti

Radio detection of air showers produced by ultra-high energy cosmic rays is a cost-effective technique for the next generation of sparse arrays. The performance of this technique strongly depends on the environmental background, which has different c
