Patients with Chronic Myeloid Leukemia (CML) who achieve sustained deep molecular response (DMR) to Tyrosine Kinase Inhibitors (TKIs) are eligible for treatment discontinuation, but only 50% of those achieve long-term treatment-free remission (TFR).
