Inclusion-body Rhinitis of Pigs: Attempts to Grow the Causal Agent in Tissue Cultures

SUMMARY Inclusion-body rhinitis was experimentally induced in hysterectomy-produced, colostrum-deprived pigs. Tissue cultures prepared from the nasal mucosa, kidney, testis and salivary gland of these animals developed intranuclear inclusion bodies.
