The $^{59}\mathrm{Co}(n, {n}^{\ensuremath{'}}\ensuremath{\gamma})^{59}\mathrm{Co}$ reaction was employed to obtain neutron inelastic scattering cross sections for nineteen levels in $^{59}\mathrm{Co}$ in the incident neutron energy range 1.11 to 3.32
