Rapid Changes in 3H-Imipramine Binding in Platelets of Depressed Patients After Amineptine Treatment
These results show that a successful chronic treatment of depressed patients with amineptine, a selective dopamine uptake inhibitor, can rapidly lead to the normalization of the density of the platelet 3H-imipramine binding site.
