Immune checkpoint blockade (ICB) only induces tumour response in a subset of non-small cell lung carcinomas (NSCLC). Here the authors do whole genome sequencing and multiplexed quantitative immunofluorescence on patient samples and identify a “dorm

The numerical simulation of compressible two-phase flow is investigated in the context of the mixture model with non-zero relative velocity. A fourth-order time accurate method is adapted to a TVD-SLIC flux using a superbee limiter. Initial condition

In this work we present validation of the mixture model for two-phase flow using Mathematica together with the TVD-MUSTA scheme. Numerical simulations have been computed for diverging flow which produces rarefaction wave solutions. Results are shown

Although the proportion of patients with squamous cell carcinoma of the lung has declined over the last two decades, the disease is still fatal for tens of thousands of patients each year. The treatment of non-small cell lung cancer has advanced rapi

We investigate the effect of mass on the radiation of a relativistically rotating neutron star. The method of Haxton and Ruffini is used to find the radiation flux from a relativistically rotating neutron star. By extending the idea of a point charge
