Cilj ovog rada bio je proučavanje ravnoteža u heterogenim sistemima tricikličnog antidepresiva amitriptilina (Am) koji sadrže hloride i/ili fosfate. Rastvorljivost Am u uslovima povećane jonske sile određena je pH–Ramp shake–flask metodom.
