BACKGROUND Monoclonal antibodies against proprotein convertase subtilisin/kexin type 9 (PCSK9i) lower LDL-C by up to 60% and increase plasma proprotein convertase subtilisin/kexin type 9 (PCSK9) levels by 10-fold. OBJECTIVES The authors studied the r
