The influence of ligand:receptor affinity on B-cell antigen receptor (BCR)-induced apoptosis in the IgM+ Burkitt lymphoma line, Ramos, was evaluated with a group of affinity-diverse murine monoclonal antibodies (MoAbs) specific for human B-cell IgM.
