The photocatalytic activity of TiO2 anodes was enhanced by synthesizing Ru-doped Ti|TiO2 nanotube arrays. Such photoanodes were fabricated via Ti anodization followed by Ru impregnation and annealing. The X-ray diffractograms revealed that anatase wa
