Mn site in ZnSnO3 plays a critical role to adsorb CO molecules. This generates more number of oxygen vacancies in the lattice and hence more number of free electrons, improving the gas sensing.

Emerging sodium ion battery technology is superior with highly thermal and structurally stable, having high redox potential polyanionic compounds-based cathode materials among transition metal oxides, Prussian blue analogues and organic compounds.
We study the correspondence between sensitivity and adsorption/desorption induced hysteresis in ZnSnO3 resistive sensors. The ZnSnO3 humidity sensor made at 100°C present lower degree of error (1.21±0.12 %RH) associated with sensitivity of 0.11±0.
