We demonstrate that when a graph exhibits a specific type of symmetry, it satisfies the Union Closed Conjecture(UCC). Additionally, we show that certain graph classes, such as Cylindrical Grid Graphs and Torus Grid Graphs also satisfy the conjecture.

For biodiversity and forestry applications, end-users desire maps of forests that are fully detailed, from the forest floor to the canopy. Terrestrial laser scanning and aerial laser scanning are accurate and increasingly mature methods for scanning

The Union Closed Conjecture is one of the most renowned problems in Combinatorics. Its appeal lies in the simplicity of its statement contrasted with the potential complexity of its resolution. The conjecture posits that, in any union-closed family o

The cross sections for the $^{12}\mathrm{C}(\gamma,\alpha)^{8}\mathrm{Be}\rightarrow 3\alpha$ reaction have been successfully measured using exclusive coincidence between three $\alpha$ particles, minimizing Compton background. Sequential breakup kin

Attention-based transformers have been remarkably successful at modeling generative processes across various domains and modalities. In this paper, we study the behavior of transformers on data drawn from \kth Markov processes, where the conditional

We present a solution for autonomous forest inventory with a legged robotic platform. Compared to their wheeled and aerial counterparts, legged platforms offer an attractive balance of endurance and low soil impact for forest applications. In this pa

While there has been a large body of research attempting to circumvent tokenization for language modeling (Clark et al., 2022; Xue et al., 2022), the current consensus is that it is a necessary initial step for designing state-of-the-art performant l

Natural environments such as forests and grasslands are challenging for robotic navigation because of the false perception of rigid obstacles from high grass, twigs, or bushes. In this work, we present Wild Visual Navigation (WVN), an online self-sup

Terrestrial laser scanning (TLS) is the standard technique used to create accurate point clouds for digital forest inventories. However, the measurement process is demanding, requiring up to two days per hectare for data collection, significant data

Many LiDAR place recognition systems have been developed and tested specifically for urban driving scenarios. Their performance in natural environments such as forests and woodlands have been studied less closely. In this paper, we analyzed the capab
