In this workshop talk, we presented our decade-long project briefly: The Mopra Southern Galactic CO Survey. 12CO, 13CO, C18O and C17O lines are mapped using the 22m single dish Mopra Telescope. The Mopra CO Survey covers a region from 335° to 250°
