Abstract 3735 Background: Chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) is myeloproliferative disease of hematopoietic stem cells that is driven by the constitutively active oncogenic tyrosine kinase BCR-ABL. Inhibition of BCR-ABL activity by tyrosine kinase inhibi
