The apparent motion parameter (AMP) method is designed to determine the orbits of wide pairs of double stars with orbital periods of hundreds and thousands of years. This is a dynamical method using all that is known about the star at one moment to r

There are high-precision positions, proper motions, parallaxes and radial velocities at the instant 2015.5 for all three components of the star ADS 48 ABF in the catalogue Gaia DR2 (2018). According to these data relative motions and the family of or

Based on CCD observations with the Pulkovo 26-inch refractor in 2003–2018, we have obtained the orbit of the visual double star ADS 2668 AB (P = 947 yr, a = 2.9″, e = 0.41, ω = 246°, Ω = 131°, i = 114°, T = 1456 yr) for the first time by the

Based on photographic and CCD observations with the Pulkovo 26-inch refractor, radial velocity measurements with the 1.5-m RTT-150 telescope (TUBITAK National Observatory, Turkey), and highly accurate observations published in the WDS catalog, we hav

We present the results of determining the relative positions of 359 pairs of stars. More than 6000 photographic plates were obtained in 1960–2007 at the 26-inch refractor of the Pulkovo Observatory. The plates have been digitized with a Canon EOS 5

We analyze the motion of the components of 13 visual multiple stars from the observing program of the 26-inch refractor of the Pulkovo Astronomical Observatory. Based on the positional observations adopted from the WDS catalog and original observatio

Based on photographic and CCD observations in 1971–2013 with the Pulkovo 26-inch refractor and radial-velocity measurements in 1999–2014 with the 1-m telescope of the Simeiz branch of the Crimean Astrophysical Observatory, we have obtained for th

The orbital motions in the visual triple system α Gem (Castor) have been studied. The orbital elements for the inner AB pair have been determined by the apparent motion parameters (AMP) method. The AMP method is shown to yield satisfactory results.

The parameters of the quadruple system ADS 9626 (µ Boo) are analyzed. The system consists of two double stars: the Aa pair with an angular separation of ρ = 0.08″ and the BC pair with an angular separation of ρ = 2.2″, separated by ρ = 107″
