It is shown that simultaneous treatment with sarcolemma with triton X-100 (0.1-1.0%) and KCl (0.6-1.2 M) solubilizes about 60% of acetyl cholinesterase, however its specific activity in the intact sarcolemma and in the obtained fractions is the same.
