Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) is an acute respiratory disease caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) which has spread globally. Shortage of nucleic acid extraction kits may delay the speed of diagnosis. In order
