In this paper, as a further generalization of fuzzy ideals, we introduce the notion of a fuzzy (soft) quasi-interior ideals of semirings and characterize regular semiring in terms of fuzzy (soft) quasi-interior ideals of semirings.

Studied the properties of m — filters in an Almost Distributive Lattice (ADL). A necessary and sufficient condition for the set of all maximal elements of an ADL to become an m — filter is derived.
