We present a systematic method to implement a perturbative Hamiltonian diagonalization based on the time-dependent Schrieffer-Wolff transformation. Applying our method to strong parametric interactions we show how, even in the dispersive regime, full

Cavity quantum electrodynamics (QED) with in-situ tunable interactions is important for developing novel systems for quantum simulation and computing. The ability to tune the dispersive shifts of a cavity QED system provides more functionality for pe

A structural transition in an ABO$_{3}$ perovskite thin film involving the change of the BO$_{6}$ octahedral rotation pattern can be hidden under the global lattice symmetry imposed by the substrate and often easily overlooked. We carried out high-re

Spin-polarized supercurrents can be generated with magnetic inhomogeneity at a ferromagnet/spin-singlet-superconductor interface. In such systems, complex magnetic inhomogeneity makes it difficult to functionalise the spin-polarized supercurrents. Ho

We observe an unconventional superconducting minigap induced into a ferromagnet SrRuO$_3$ from a spin-triplet superconductor Sr$_2$RuO$_4$ using a Au/SrTiO$_3$/SrRuO$_3$/Sr$_2$RuO$_4$ tunnel junction. Voltage bias differential conductance of the tunn

We have carried out inelastic neutron scattering experiments to study magnetic excitations in ordered double perovskite Ca$_2$FeReO$_6$. We found a well-defined magnon mode with a bandwidth of $\sim$50meV below the ferri-magnetic ordering temperature

We employ an optical pump-probe technique to study coherent phonon oscillations in Ca$_2$RuO$_4$. We find that oscillation-amplitude of an $A_g$ symmetric phonon mode is strongly suppressed at 260 K, a putative transition point of orbital ordering. T

We utilize near-infrared femtosecond pulses to investigate coherent phonon oscillations of Ca2RuO4. The coherent Ag phonon mode of the lowest frequency changes abruptly not only its amplitude but also the oscillation-phase as the spin order develops.

Strong charge-spin coupling is found in a layered transition-metal trichalcogenide NiPS3, a van derWaals antiferromagnet, from our study of the electronic structure using several experimental and theoretical tools: spectroscopic ellipsometry, x-ray a
