The results of 6 total knee arthroplasties (MG-I one joint, MG-II five joints) after high tibial osteotomy (HTO) were reviewed. The average age was 70.6 years (range, 61-82 years). The mean period from HTO to TKA was 95 months (range, 25-204 months).
