An iteration-free method of domain decomposition is considered for approximately solving a boundary value problem for a second-order parabolic equation. A standard approach for constructing domain decomposition schemes is based on a partition of unit

We present novel governing operators in the theory of peridynamics (PD) which will allow the extension of PD to applications that require local boundary conditions (BC). Due to its nonlocal nature, the original PD governing operator uses nonlocal BC.

In this article, the Green and Neumann functions are given for a half lens and the Dirichlet and Neumann problems for Poisson equation are solved. All formulas are given in explicit form.

We study the polyharmonic Neumann and mixed boundary value problems on the Koranyi ball in the Heisenberg group . Necessary and sufficient solvability conditions are obtained for the nonhomogeneous polyharmonic Neumann problem and Neumann–Dirichlet

In this paper, a numerical method based on Adomian decomposition method is applied for solving Burgers’ equation with Dirichlet and Neumann boundary conditions. This mathematical-physical model describes the propagation of waves in nonlinear optica

When one wants to simulate flows with moving bodies and when there is no possible way of prescribing simple boundary conditions in any frame of reference, one possibility is the use of domain decomposition methods. The domain decomposition method we
