ZnO/CuO nanocomposite thin films were deposited at different ratio, 50:50, 60:40, 70:30, 80:20 and 90:10 using sol – gel spin coating technique on glass substrates. The thin films were annealed at 500°C for 1 hour at room ambient after the deposit
