A Doppler lidar instrument has been developed to provide velocity and altitude data for precision navigation of space and terrestrial vehicles. Performance of this lidar is characterized through a series of ground and flight tests.

This paper reports on the Diagnostic Executive Competency Analysis System (DECAS) developed by researchers at the University of Texas at Austin. Assessment Centre methods, conventionally used for selection and screening purposes, are applied, uniquel
