Abstract The topology of nuclear receptor (NR) signaling is captured in a systems biological graphical notation. This enables us to identify a number of ‘design’ aspects of the topology of these networks that might appear unnecessarily complex or

How the network around ROS protects against oxidative stress and Parkinson’s disease (PD), and how processes at the minutes timescale cause disease and aging after decades, remains enigmatic. Challenging whether the ROS network is as complex as it

We isolated a new proline-rich peptide, ChBac3.4, from leukocytes of the goat (Capra hirca) and determined its amino acid sequence by Edman degradation and mass spectrometry. ChBac3.4 (RFRLPFRRPPIRIHPPPFYPPFRRFL–NH2) had over 50% sequence identity
