The existence of a unique solution, in terms of initial data of the hierarchy of quantum kinetic equations with delta potential, has been proven. The proof is based on nonrelativistic quantum mechanics and application of semigroup theory methods.

The paper is devoted to the investigation of dynamics of system, consisting of interacting two-level atoms and field (cavity field). To such system covers also Jaynes-Cummings model. In this paper, evolution of two-level many bosons system interactin
