We report a rare case of neonatal Beckwith-Wiedemann syndrome (BWS) associated with alveolar rhabdomyosarcoma (RMS). Alveolar RMS was diagnosed on the basis of excisional biopsy. Chemotherapy was initiated and followed by bone marrow transplantation.
