This thesis is aimed to design and synthesize a series of quinazloine derivatives as potential antitumor agents. The pyrimidine derivative, PNU112455A and purine derivative NU2058 have been demonstrated to have great inhibitory activity again

In a distributed Bragg reflector (DBR) laser, driving currents in the tri-electrode are adjusted to generate various channels in the ITU-Band. Many driving-current combinations can generate the same ITU channel. But when we take system performance in

We demonstrate a potentially low-cost solution for WDM-PON systems by using ASE sources as seeding lights for upstream transmission. By applying remote pumping scheme, the upstream can carry 2.5 Gb/s over 25-km LEAF fiber.
