The antifungal and antiaflatoxigenic properties of Thymus vulgaris essential oil (TEO) were evaluated upon Aspergillus flavus “ in vitro ”. Suspension containing 10 6 of A. flavus were cultivated with TEO in concentrations ranging from 50 to 500
