Data on the modern history of the wild reindeer Taimyr population (Rangifer tarandus tarandus L.) are presented. The current stage was conventionally termed the “stage of population destruction”. Data from aerial surveys have recorded a sharp dec

Observations of the atmospheric sources and sinks of carbon dioxide (CO2) and methane (CH4) in the pan-Arctic domain are extremely scarce, limiting our knowledge of carbon turnover in this climatically sensitive environment and the fate of the enormo

Atmospheric observations of sources and sinks of carbon dioxide (CO2) and methane (CH4) in the pan-Arctic domain are highly sporadic, limiting our understanding of carbon turnover in this climatically sensitive environment and the fate of enormous ca

The gradual depletion of conventional oil reserves and the growing demand for hydrocarbon feedstock have led to shale deposits development necessity, which are characterized by high reservoir temperatures and very low permeabilites. One of the method

Measurements of the atmospheric sources and sinks of carbon dioxide (CO2) and methane (CH4) in the pan-Arctic domain are extremely sparse that limits our knowledge of carbon cycling over this dramatically sensitive environment and making predictions
